What is the Health & Wellness Group and how can I get involved? The goal of Cougar Run's Health & Wellness Group is to implement the Douglas County District-wide wellness plan, which encompasses: school nutrition and wellness/exercise for students and faculty/staff. To get involved contact Yvonne Faulkner at yfaulkner(at)yahoo.com.
Why does the money go to Partners In Education (PIE)? Partners in Education exists to enrich the experience of students by seeking resources (such as funds, materials, and services), and by directing the use of such resources toward educationally focused goals that further the interest of students, parents and the community. Donating the money to PIE ensures the money stays at our school to benefit our children.
