Our Cleanse is formulated to help your body rid itself of accumulated toxic build-up and improve regularity in digestive function. When taken as recommended, it will cleanse your colon and detoxify your organs. This allows your body to better utilize the nutrients you consume. Our Cleanse will help reduce constipation, gas and bloating while gaining more energy.

 

Our Cleanse is rich in antioxidants found in the Acai (Ah-sigh-E) berry.  Acai is considered to be one of the world's most nutritious superfoods.  Acai will help rid the body of toxins and free radicals released while cleansing.

Suggested Use:

As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules twice daily for the first seven days.  Then take 2 capsules daily.  Take with food and drink plenty of water.

 

Warnings:

Not for use by individuals under the age of 21. Do not exceed the recommended dosing. Keep out of reach of children. This product contains Cascara Sagrada Bark which may cause diarrhea. The Recommended Diet:  In addition to taking The Cleanse we recommend cleaning up your diet for the week.  Avoid processed foods, white flour, soda, and alcoholic drinks.  Drink a minimum of eight 12 ounce glasses of water each day.  This will aid in the flushing of your system.  Below is a guideline to aid in your cleanse.

 

Day One:  Try to limit your diet to raw fruits and vegetables.  Be sure you drink lots of water.

 

Day Two:  Add whole grains and legumes such as brown rice, beans and raw nuts.   You can also add clear low sugar drinks like tea, but be sure to drink plenty of water as well. 

 

Day Three:  Today you can sauté or grill your fruit and veggies.  Be sure to use olive or canola oils minimally.  Avoid butter and marinades that are high in calories and sugar.  Feel free to add herbs and spices.  You can also add low fat proteins such as grilled fish or chicken.  Stay away from drinks that contain high sugar levels.

 

Day Four:  Maintain the diet of day three.  You should notice by today your cravings for sweets and high calorie snacks will be reduced if not gone.

 

Day Five:  Today you may add lean red meat into the mix.

 

Day Six:  Maintain diet of day five.

 

Day Seven:  Today you may add back low fat dairy into your diet.
